Giddiness,lethargy,continuous coughing.

My mother is suffering from following 3 problems (1) Giddiness during sleep caused by spondilitis. (2) CT SCAN revealed diffused cerebral atrophy which caused lethargy and restricted movement. (3) continuous cold for 3 to 4 months led to severe coughing then CT SCAN report said it is active pulmonary infection.
