Whenever I see fast moving train, bright light, welding light, fast moving rides I feel like giddiness and headache starts after that. what could be the reason? Sugar test is normal. taking LIBOTRYP DS at night and etizola beta in the morning for anxiety and IBS D.

There's a possibility of vestibular migraine with your headache getting triggered by bright light, and fast moving things. Stress may also be responsible for these symptoms. Many effective medicines like Flunarizine and Topiramate work well in such cases.
