Ghosting increasing 3 weeks TCAT & C3R

Ghosting keeps on increasing 3 weeks 2 days i am really observing more ghosting in one direction serious one which i had never witnessed before and more scattering of light in one down direction only but 2-3 time more than i have ever witnessed. What to do i am worried. Is this serious issue or procedure gone wrong.

Good afternoon sir Post C3R and TCAT, these symptoms can be there, but if you feel that the symptoms are significant and really causing visual discomfort, better to a get a cornea and retina examination done soon
