I've been trying to find a solution for my double chin. It appeared in last two years. I've met 2 3 dermatologist so far but they all have suggested botox primarily. One of them also said that there are permanent solutions as well. Can someone help me fix this problem? My BMI is normal and  I have a weight of 81kgs at this moment. I have attached a picture of myslef with this post.
