I am pretty sure I currently have BV because my vagina has a "cottage cheese" smell and white discharge. But there is NO itching what so ever. I was wondering if I ate yogurts with lactobacilli could that cure/treat the BV. If not, what other "home remedies" could I use to free my self of these pathogens?
