Can we use creams including Hydroquinone Mometasone Tretinoin or retino-A to get rid of upper layer of face skin for clean clear face and also to remove black patches around mouth area and darkspots from face. Is these creams safe if not any suggestions regarding that...!!!
It will permanently damage your face. There are many reasons why your skin would turn dark.
