Getting Flash before vision in left eye.

From last 2 days, while moving my left eyeball I am getting a flash infront of me before vision. Could you help me out what is the problem. As I can see clearly. i recommended a doctor and he provided me an eye drop names Nepaflam. Is it helpful?
