Getting fear about covid-19

Hi sir, Iam getting throat itching bz of that little dry cough also coming from last two days.. sometimes sputum coming out. My body temperature is neutral and no cold, everything is normal.. only one thing my cough is not going, Iam getting afraid about my PG mates, If i get cough my pg mates will think wrong way, In my room also Iam using precautions Give me suggestion ... Thank you.

Since your pg mates are with you so you need to know all about covid and treatment of common uri so have online consultation and take medicine according ly and use preventing measures like mask sanitizer etc better have audio or video consultation so your pg mates may also come out from fear
