Getting chill feeling on chest

Getting chill feeling (kind of feeling when suddenly get shocked ) in chest when lying down in bed. Not getting sleep properly because of that. Taking high bp tablet losakind 50 last two years . Also started diabetic tablet glimestar m2 a month ago . Did echo tmt and ecg a week ago doctor said teport is normal. Not sure this issue started after taking glimestar m2 . Need suggestion or help to consult right doctor.

Doesn’t look cardiac problem. Can be due to sugar changes after medications. Check heart rate and BP with physician.
