Getting burps after eating anything

Since the last 10 days I am burping after eating anything.. also after eating vitamin C tablets. And I feel nauseous and feel like vomiting. Also little shortness of breath.. urge to take deep breath frequently. Oxygen sat varies 96 to 99. Took pandonstal and diavol.. but still getting burps. No burning sensation.
