My brother is having heart condition HCM. Even after taking breathing related tablets weeznil and acebrophillin he is getting breathing difficulties and his hands are getting cold. Please suggest

HCM is a cardiac problem which requires proper treatment by a Cardiologist. It is based on ur 2D echocardiography findings.. Ur other symptoms like breathing difficulties could be due to Bronchial asthma as ur physician already started tablets for that, for problems like breathing difficulties u need to consult a Cardiologist or physician coz its treatment will be based upon clinical examination findings which is not possible on a tele medicine platform.
