Getting breast pain during breastfeeding

Hi all. I have 11 days old baby. I am getting pain on nipple and around area on both breast  During feeding and after feeding. Everyday night I felt more pain when compare to day time. Tried nipple butter and coconut oil still having pain. I am having breast milk leaks also Please give me solutions

Remove some milk and apply over nipple
