Hi there.. I can understand your distress.. rage or anger is intense feeling.. it can be provoked by anyone anything.. everyone gets angry but if your getting rage over petty issues for which usually others don't get angry then you need to consult psychiatrist once.. attend counseling.. speak to your parents, friends or whomever you can share this issue with.. do relaxation exercises and meditation which help you achieve control over your feelings..
