Getting angry in very short time

I am not able to control and moreover tried all meditations but still I couldn't over come or control myself what to do will medicine can cure this or I will feel like I am abnormal visited Soo many places as Marine Engineer but still I couldn't control my anger which i hate myself. I react immediately if I am wright and still somebody blames me

Hello Friend, Thanks for reaching out here for help. As you mentioned that you tried many other methods before and still not seeing a result. Let me share my perspective from ayurveda. May be this helps you to understand your suitation better before you try medicine. Your body may be having excessive heat/fire energy called pitta. Though you will have all the goodness of fires aenergy i.e leadership, courage, intelligence, charming etc qualities, but if the fire/heat energy is aggravated, you will become anger, aggressive, controlling , hurtful behavior, judgmental etc. You may also sweat a lot,  have acidity, may have aversion towards heat. . By adopting few lifestyle routines, dietary changes you can control this.

Meanwhile you can follow this. Have more sweet, bitter and astringent taste food. Reduce spicy, salt, sour taste. In take more cold and cooked foods. Don't skip your lunch. Avoid fasting.

Hi, First of all I appreciate u for having insight about Ur anger. Once u have that, that itself paves the way for change. To some extent,anger is a normal phenomenon. But when it is excess, it means that u probably would have faced problems with Ur family members,colleagues and superiors.
Next Steps
Initially, i want you to come out of the feeling that u r abnormal. I advise you to follow some techniques to control the anger 1.Try anticipating the situation where u get anger and be prepared for that 2.Start counting fingers or try diverting ur mind .If u r not able to,then come out of that situation first. React later when u r cool. 3.Channelize Ur anger. Focus more on Ur body,exercise regularly. 4.Try relaxation exercises/yoga regularly (even when u r not angry)

Meditation doesn’t help everyone with anger. While for some it can aggravate anger too. You need a deeper understanding of where the anger is coming from and deal with that. Medication can also be helpful but counselling will help you the most.
