I get sweat on my backside body and forehead at night very much with body temperature high and suddenly low decrease.

greetings.  Do u have documented episodes of fever.  Kindly check the body temperature with a thermo meter.  Also check blood picture,  blood sugar levels and thyroid function tests.  See a qualified physician with these test results.  Hope this helps.
