Gestation age by CRL (pregnancy doubts)

Gestation age by LMP is 8weeks5days. FHR - 168bpm CRL 11.9mm Gestation age by CRL is 7weeks3days. Why there is much difference between these 2 date ? (9 days) I had irregular periods (31-35 days cycle) and pcos history( not now).
