  4. Gerd + LPR. What should i do?

I am having Reflux symptoms since September 2020. Each time i stop nexpro L , symptoms of Gerd n LPR returns back Endoscopy done in November 2020 showed Lax Les , Antral gastritis. I have been taking ppi since long. Stoppage of ppi is leading to recurrance of symptoms. What should i do?

Hi You need 24 hr pH followed by endoscopic fundoplication
