Gerd and vitamin b12 and D dificency

Sir I am suffering from gerd and vitamin b12 and D dificency. I have taken one month pantocid L , renerv plus weekly two for one month and vitamin D3 tablet once in a week for 2 months. Now my hand finger and legs are cold feel, numbness and excessive gastric and light headche feel. Please advise
