Hello there..... Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals.
Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed..... Adding fiber to your diet increases the weight of your stool and speeds its passage through your intestines....
Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function....
