Taking Nexpro 20 mg two times daily for 1 year but now it is not working. Every time felt gas and vertigo.  Can i take nexpro 40 mg two times daily. Please advise.

It’s alll because of GERD U need to get endoscopy to see grade of GERD and further treatment
