Gerd, abd. Discomfort

Sir, i have gerd, indigestion, hyperacidity,excessive belching,  abdominal discomfort( like something's twisting in my stomach, in epigastric region), nausea, since last 2 yrs, and repeated bouts of nausea lasting for a few seconds,  EPIGASTRIC pain( it is different from heartburn, sometimes relieved by meftal spas) since last 3 months, it all started after an epiaode of severe constipation lasting 3 months, no such problems in past. Tests- lft, rft, ttg, cbc, hiv, barium swallow , endoscopy,thytoid profile, urine routine all normal. What do i do now?

Hi..... Avoid foods and drinks that trigger heartburn. Everyone has specific triggers. Common triggers such as fatty or fried foods, tomato sauce, alcohol, chocolate, mint, garlic, onion, and caffeine may make heartburn worse. Avoid foods you know will trigger your heartburn. Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals. Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed.
