What is the correct time duration to take a tablet like before and after food . Is it good to take tablet with cold or hot water.

Basically before or after is around half an hour unless specifically mentioned. Bcoz some tablet to be taken with food and some have specific timing to meal. It is preferable to take in lukewarm water

Hello der you can take tablet 15 to 20 min prior to food and 15 min after food Cold and hot water does not have any effect on its metabolism.
