On internet it is written that saliva from monkey or bat goes directly on eyes or mouth it can spread rabies, is it true or false. Then how a person can differentiate that it is saliva or simply a water drop. In this case how vaccination can be given or not?

Yes it is possible if the saliva enters the eye. Well if you're in the premises of rabid animals you're likely to get it and the consistency of saliva and water is different as saliva would be more viscous. You will require vaccination in such an instance
