I wake up 1-2 times at night without any reason, I feel really tired and sleepy during the day time. Sometimes I feel difficulty to breathe, I feel I am not able to breathe with full capacity especially at night.
Please help!!

You may be having, nasal Obstruction due to some DNS, Hypertropied turbinate or polyp or anything else due to which you are having sleep apnea ie difficulty in breathing while sleeping because of which you are not having a sound sleep at night. This lead to day time sleepiness and tiredness.
You need to thorough consultation to properly diagnose and treat it.
