Hello. Rabis can never be transmitted by food fallen on floor or from the utensils. Rabis can only be transmitted by the bite of a rabid animal . as a general food hygiene practice avoid food fallen on the floor. the floor is usually not germ free due to dust, shoes on the floor bring germs.
