I would like to know that if someone have had pneumonia in their life, is there possibility that they might have antibodies againt covid as the symptoms of same are as flu and pneumonia.

NO. Antibodies are generally organism-specific. You can develop antibodies for COVID only after getting infected with that particular virus causing COVID.
