Hi I have blood sugar level of 160-200 before fasting and 300-360 after fasting. My Doctor has advised to take 8 Units of actrapid insulin 8Units 3 times a day before Eating and at night take Basalog 10 units after meals. Is this medication correct...?

Yes the insulin units advised are correct. But also keep monitoring your sugar levels in a couple of days.
