At times I get a smell from my uterus.what be the cause for the that.and I get wet also.how can I take care of this

it may be infection in vaginal region due to any bacteria.always wash and keep clean the lower portion.you can use vaginal wash for cleaning and keep lower parts dry. if still smell then visit a gynaecologist.
