Having gas in stomach problem with indigestion and improper passing if stool.  For this problem having insufficient sleep also.........  Please help

daily exercise, yoga for indigestion and proper diet.. proper chewing, less liquid with meal heavy breakfast, light dinner, no talk while eating. less fatty meals. try this for few weeks and see. in whole day take lots of water
