As per ENT said u had GERD .i have white spots on gums this was happened last night I brushed my tooth very hard ..is that reason for that ? Mentally distrubed Sir

White spots might be because of trauma and usually They will resolve fast. You should take treatment for GERD. diagnosis can be confirmed by clinical examination
