I underwent Proctocolectomy with IPAA in Nov 2019... Since then while passing stools I'm feeling discomfort (drooping sensation, pressure in vagina)On pressing vagina,stools clearly come out..X ray defecography shows Low anterior bulge but MRI defecography shows Cystocele..Anorectal Manometry is normal... Why is there variation in X-ray defecography and MRI defecography...How to be sure of the actual issue??What are the treatment options?? Kindly reply..

Hi Mri defecography is more specific in diagnosing all this problem. Need to look into your case in detail as it is already post operated area.
