Dear Doctor,
Could you kindly suggest medicines for gastritis.
I have been having this problem for the few months and few times I feel like not eating anything only bcz of it feels like the stomach has become very hard dur to gastritis. Flatulences also. I am a vegetarian, don't eat much spicy food also. I take antacids during such period, but the relief is temporary.
Kindly suggest the medicines.
