Gastritis with breathing problem

She has gastritis and  so many issues related with gas problems.she has a tendency to vomit and no 2 passing  but it doesn't happen.When the gas problem cause high then starts her breathing problem. How to prevent this ? Please reply me because no we have nothing to do itself.
