Does there a relation between gastric reflux and deep breathing and obesity. After few minutes of normal breathing having to take a deep breathe and yawn which is incomplete. Having gastric reflux problems. Also getting nostrils closed at times? Taking inhalers for breathing problems. Is it alone enough?
