Hi from 3 months I'm getting gas and heart burn problem repeating even after taking pantop 40 for 1 day problem will stop and after 1-2 days the same problem is repeating pls suggest me what happened to my stomach and previously when I drink alcohol or skipping breakfast by that time only getting these issues but now I stopped suddenly drinking alcohol does it impact any issues pls suggest me

Hello, 1) Stop Alcohol. 2) Avoid spicy and oily/ fatty food. 3) Avoid Tea and Coffee. If symptoms persist, may have to take oral medications for few days.
