U have to see if stools are watery in nature..then Give Enterogermina ampule 1 ampule in morning and 1 in evening.for 5 days..give breast feed only no top feed no other milk ..no honey..only breast milk..continue zinc up to 14 days..even if no relief u can call and consult

Each breast feeding should be followed by burping for 20 minutes. Stop zinc syp after 14 days. If child is cranky it can be due to abdominal colic, for that you can 2 drops of colic aid as and when required. Syp arbivit d3 0.5 ml once a day needs to be given till 6 months of age as mother's milk is deficient in vit d3. Thank you.
