My baby is 2year 2monthd old We are planning to feed him egg Kindly guide can I keep egg When I took egg I was suffered from severe gastric problem Kindly advice as egg is very rich in proteins If I can feed him egg plz tell m when I need to feed like morng or afternoonor evng Thanks

Hello mommy! As baby is above 2 years, you can start egg now itself. Firstly, give a small piece of egg white with yellow in the mid morning . This is just to check if baby has any allergy. If no issues, you can feed 1 egg daily anytime. Hope this helps!
