I was taking timely food . I stop coffee tea. I was avoding oily and spicy food. But again gastric don't y.. I consult so many doctor but no use simply wasting time money. If I take tablet it's Normal if I not take tablet again issue plz .. Plz tell me how many years tablet or safe for long term plz give the answer this is my humble request if safe or not

PPI are safe even for years to be taken. But if u are having Gastritis it can heal with Treatment. If GERD then prognosis is different. And Treatment is more DEPENDANT on precipitating factor. Endoscopy may be needed.
