From last 2 days I have been feeling bloated and some cramps happen along with stomach ache and something seems moving in stomach.Can this be a gas issue or something else too, pls advice on any medicine.

Tab pan d40mg (1-0-1)before food 7days. Syr sucralfate (5ml-5ml-5ml)before food 2 weeks. Syr ciplactin plus (3ml-3ml-3ml)before Food.4 weeks.
