I'm having gastric & acidity issues on & off since 2-3 days. With that, sometimes I've pain in the back & in the lower portion of chest. I usually take Pantocid whenever I experience these symptoms. Please assist what should be done?

Instead of taking complete meals ,take small meals every 3- hours...and try not to lie down immediately after taking the fooddays...

Apart from taking symptomatic treatment I will suggest to take tablet folvite 5mg once a day for a month and avoid spicy food items
