Gastric and dizziness problem

My father feels dizziness in evening since last 20 years ..all the test n check ups are done but nothing came up .we consulted ENT, neurologist every one but no help can you please tell me which doctor to consider for it .the condition is due to gastric doctor thinks now .

Neurologist is the right specialist. Ct scan etc can help if not done already. Detailed history needed.
