I have pain on my back left middle part,below my chin choking feel and tightness on chest.i want to take deep breath but i couldn't take,i feel pressure on chest .frequently getting burps.why i feel like this?why i m feeling difficult in breathing?there is no pain in shoulder ,no pain chest,but i have breathing difficulty ,since 2 months i having this problem,which doctor should i consult?
