Gastric and cough formation

Not able to sleep properly from few days.due to congestion in chest due to gastric and cough formation.leading to suffocation while lying down.feeling uncomfortable when lying down due to some kind of blockage in throat and chest.guess this is on account of gastric trouble and also due to cough formation under AC environment. Not sure which specialist to be consulted for this.

You have GERD and the cough is due to entry of acid during reflux into your trachea or windpipe. This causes allergic bronchitis and recurrent cough. You need to get an endoscopy done and then your treatment can be planed accordingly.
