From few days I m having acidity and because of that I m having pain in chest,few days back I had vomited blood, Please suggest me something?

Hi good morning. Blood in vomiting suggest either erosion or ulceration in esophagus / stomach. You need a upper Gastroscopy too rule out same. By then toy can take Tab.Pantodac 40 mg 2 times a day half an hour before meal .
