Hello,, Levosulpiride is a selective antagonist of dopamine D₂ receptor activity on both central and peripheral levels. It is an atypical neuroleptic and a prokinetic agent. Where as Itopride it inhibits dopamine and have agastrokinetic effect only at peripheral level. These drugs should be taken with antigastric tablets, like ranitidine or Pantop, or others, please consult your doctor for prescription. Dieterary adjustment Is always better option over drugs.
