My baby is 2.5 months old... She is on formula feed and release the gas frequently with sounds and sometimes her stools are smelly and also her tummy size is bigger. Plz suggest

It's absolutely normal in early infancy... Burp well for 15 mins to reduce gas trouble.. You can also use digestive drops and colicaid drops... Smelly stool is normal..

It's common at this age to have gas or colic problem. Do burping for 10-15 min after each feed to remove gas as much as possible. And u can use colicaid drops 0.5ml only when there is excessive cry passing more gas. Colic will be there occasionally till 6 months age. No need of any regular medications.
