Gas pain with loose motion and fever

My wife is suffering from gas pain , loose motion and fever. Vomiting only once . Please advise if it can be cured by taking ORS or I need to take her for doctor or any other suggestions.

All these are sign of INFECTION. Either viral bacterial protozoal etc. Although Gastritis and other causes are also possible depending on various factors.
Next Steps
ANTIBIOTICS etc may be needed.
