Do we need to give any syrup for gas issue in baby boy if 3 months.Iam confuse as some doctors are recommending and some are not. Do multivitamin syrup adds gas issue in child

Burp after each and every feed without fail. Belly massage 3-4 times a day would also help. If there is colic due to gases only then give medicine. If the baby is passing gases and asymptomatic, no need for medicine
