Gas and stomach discomfort

Hello sir, I am working in pharmacy shop, but i don't know which is best medicine for Gas and stomach discomfort.. Unable to burp easily after meal and feeling always something going on in my stomach.. Can it make mild pain discomfort in middle of chest too? Because done 3 ECG in 10days all normal.. Also sometimes in morning after bath when I drink normal water feels cold at bottom of stomach then, bitter test liquid comes in mouth and vomating happen very immediately..it happen once in week.. Please let me know best course of medicine I have already taken pan d, Aciloc RD, feeling good with Pantin L but don't know course of it.

Hello, Tab Pantop 40 mg once a day for 7 days will do the work.But along with this course kindly modify your eating habits 1.Avoid spicy food. 2.Avoid taking tea empty stomach. 3.Do not keep long gaps between 2 meals. Hope this Will help

Its gastritis Tab razo d 1 tab x bd x 15 (7am 7pm) Syp pantop mps 1 tsf x tds x 15 days ago Avoid hot meals and fried foods Lots of fibrous foods and water Avoid long hours of fasting Have curd rice banana and apple etc
