Gardasil 9 - HPV
Hello, I have received the full course of 3 injections for the HPV vaccine but this was the quadrivalent Gardasil. I understand that the nonavalent Gardasil provides protection against 5 more types of HPV and was wondering if I should get this vaccine as well. I have only one partner but based on his history I am worried that there is a very high likelihood that he is carrying HPV. Thank you.
You don't need to receive any further vaccine as the most common and high risk strains are covered in the quadrivalent vaccine .
